Adding color to text

What formula will change the color of text depending on
the value of another cell.

Example if A1 is >0, text for A2 = Blue
A1 is <0, text for A2 = Red

Formulae can't do that directly, but you can use Format>Conditional
Formatting can be used to test a cell value and set the colour accordingly.
