Adding code to an exported excel document

Hello,

MS ACCESS 2003 on XP PRO.

I want to take an excel file, like an exported query, and from access,
attach code to it.

something like this:

with obj_excel
.activeworkbook.module.value = str_TEXT_FOR_CODE
end with

I have NO CLUE how to do this. Ideas?
