Adding buttons to the basic toolbar AND distributing it

In Word, whenever I add a custom button to the basic toolbar, it gets stored
within the normal.dot file, allowing me to take my custom buttons with me or
distribute them accross a network by simply copying normal.dot.

In Powerpoint, I've managed to add buttons to the basic toolbar as well, but
I can't figure out where these are stored, or how I can distribute them.

Any help would be much appreciated!
