Hi All,

I'd like to see my report in a consistent layout regardless of whether there
is data to be displayed, or not. For a scenario like below, how can I
achieve that? BTW, this is a sub-report on an A4 sized report.

Report has to have 8 lines whether there is any data or not, thus the output
will have only the borders of the fields (textboxes) drawn.

At present if I have 8 lines of data, all is fine but if any less or none,
then the printed report either shortens or (if I play with the layout) has
blank spaces between sections.

Any ideas, pointers would be highly appreciated.

TIA,

Alp

Stop by our web and look in the Free Files area for a download called "Other
Reports" which demonstrates one method to add the blank lines you need. (as
well as a few other goodies.)

Thanks Steve,

It works but keeps on asking for all fields that were aliased (I followed
your code and alieased all field names with A) before displaying. Now I need
to find the solution for that! Any further advice?

Sincerely,

Alp

Nevermind Steve, I found why right after I sent my reply. My summarries were
also converted to Sum(FieldNameA) when I renamed the fields... Sorry for the
false alarm.

Thanks again.

Hi Steve,

Just now I tried a printout and.... only one row is printed! It displays
perfectly on the preview.

Anything I might be missing? Any references I need to include?

Thanks,

Alp
