On newer versions of Outlook, either XP or 2003, when
adding an attachment it places a line at the bottom of
the email and then places the attachment underneath that
line. I have user who prefer how attachments were done
with earlier version of Outlook, placing the attachment
within the body of the email.

Is this possible with Outlook XP or 2003?

Thanks.

Anthony

Yes, you must change to the Rich Text Format then; Tools-> Options-> Mail
Format

Note that the RTF format is the least supported mail format. Only use it
when you know the receiver supports it as well (like in a homogeneous
Outlook environment)
