Adding Attachments Crashes Program

Everytime I'm attaching a file, Outlook will crash. What
is going on and how can I fix it ASAP!!! This is a major
part of my job, and I need it to be fixed a.s.a.p.

Version, mode and service-pack level of Outlook? (help | about)

Do you get an error message when Outlook crashes?
