I need to add Thai and Vietnamese languages to my MS XP Pro but these languages are grayed out in the Languages dialog box. I looked for the required files in both CD-ROM and my hard drive but could not find them. My MS XP came with my computer and my warranty has expired. Could someone help me?

Windows XP includes support for East Asian languages, such as Chinese,
Korean, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese. Follow these steps to install the
language pack:
1. Insert the WinXP CD into the CD ROM drive
2. Open Control Panel, click "Regional and Language Options"
3. Click the "Languages" tab
4. Click to select the "Install files for East Asian languages" checkbox
5. Click OK

WindowsXP will then install the East Asian language pack for you.
