Adding appts to other users calendar

Is there anyway I can schedule an appt in one calendar
and add this appointment to another users calendar
without them having to receive an email and then accept
the appointment?

I currently manager 4 calendars and don't want entry
errors, and users don't want to be involved in setting of
appointments.

Hello,

You can create items in another users folder without sending them an email
/ invitation. You should have permissions to create items in another users
calendar for this. (Permissions can be set in the "properties" dialogue for
the calendar. Please see "Permissions" tab uinder this dialogue)

After this you can create appointments in another users calendar (just like
your own calendar) without sending email
