Hello Everyone,
I have a small peer to peer LAN. All of 3 workstations
have xp office on them. Is there a way that a secretary
can add an appointment or calendar event to outlook on
another employees workstation, from his or her current
workstation within the shared workgroup environment? I am
not sure if this can be done unless we have an exchange
server. I am not sure and need any helpful feedback if
possible. Humbly grateful for any help. God bless.

Joe,

Outlook 2000 had a function called Net Folders that would do what you
request. Net Folders didn't turn out to be very robust so it was dropped
from Outlook 2002. You should go with SBS.
