Thank you in advance for all of your comments and
suggestions regarding this matter.

Can anybody point me in the right direction of how to add
an icon of an application to the outlook toolbar?
Basically, I created a visual basic application that
takes all information entered into a form, formats it
accordingly in the subject and body of an email, and
sends the email to a predefined distribution list.

Rather than have the users have to click an icon on their
desktop, I'd rather they had an icon for the application
on the outlook toolbar. Does anybody have any experience
with this?

You should be able to do a simple right-click, copy, and
paste the shortcut in the outlook toolbar.

I use the method in the link below to point to an
executable that resides somewhere else:

Outlook 2000 and 2002 hyperlink and macro buttons
