Adding an XP computer to a 98se network

How do you add an XP computer to an exsisting 98se
network? I can get email and the web through the LAN but
am unable to see/share files from other computers on our
network. I can do it without any problems but have not
been able to do it with XP.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to do what your trying with

your machine in reverse, in other words try to do it from
the 98 os to your xp machine and it will tell the person
that they have to download additional drivers or so on &
so forth, then this action will work. Maybe Maybe
