Adding an appt on 3 calendars at one time

I am trying to add an appointment on my main calendar but also need the
appointment to show up on 2 other calendars. Does anyone know the secret to
this?
 
Where are the other folders? The usual method is to copy and paste on the
calendar folders, but if it’s a mailbox or mail enabled folder you can use a
meeting invitation.
