Adding Always on Top to Notepad

I would like to add 'Always on Top' to the file menu for
notepad and a couple of other programs, but notepad
mainly... any help is appreciated.. thanks!

This isn't controllable via a simple registry setting, but one can
use a trivial freeware utility that will add an "Always on Top"
option to any window app: http://www.nuonsoft.com

It also has a rather cool transparency feature for Win2K/XP.

Thanks Rick! I was hoping that there would be a way to
add it via the registry, update the shell a little etc...

I need to do this on a computer at work. System
modifications are allowed, but installing anything other
that what is on the disk image is against corporate policy.

Oh well... I'll just download that program when I get home
and do a system compare before and after I initiate the
function.
