Adding "all" to dropdown.

I have dropdowns that I use to select inputs for queries. I would like
to add the option to select "all" of the options for the query.
Specifically, they are organizations within a company. I want to be
able to do the query based on the whole company (all of the orgs
within).
Is that possible?
