Adding Additional Mailboxes

Hi,

Everytime I add an additional mailbox to my Outlook- it disappears when I
reboot my computer. I have full access on the server to view the mailbox.
It's somewhat of a pain to have to re-add it every morning.
I am using Outlook 2003.

I'm sorry that I do not have an answer, but maybe you can help me! We have
three people on the same computer, all with different accounts and names, yet
all the mail comes in in one inbox. Is there a way to set it up so that
there will be three mailboxes? I used to be able to do it with my other
system, but I much prefer Outlook.

If you can help, I would be most grateful!
 
Each person should have their own Outlook profile pointing to their own .pst
file, if you're not using Exchange.
