Adding additional headers/sections in a report !?

I searched Google Groups and Microsoft and could not find any info how
to do this. I found some posts that said the only way to do this is
to add subreports, but when I do this I get a bunch of duplicate
pages.

I have an existing database that has added additional headers
(sections).
Here is a screen shot of the addional header (Date of Referral
Header):

This is possible, it's just a matter of how to do it. Does anybody
know?!

In sorting and grouping you can add group headres and
footers for each grouping you have. With your report in
design view View|Sorting and Grouping. This is where you
can turn the group headers on / off.
