Adding Access97 database to MS Works database

I recently upgraded my system and would like to add an
older file from Access 97 to the newer MS Works database.
does anyone know how?

That's a major step BACKWARDS in my opinion. Works is only marginally
a "database" - it's not capable of doing many things that are routine
in Access! For one thing, it's not nearly as "relational" as Access.

You can export a Table from Access to comma delimited text or dBase
format, and import that file into Works (or vice versa); however,
Access Forms, Reports, Queries, and so on have no counterpart in
Works. All of your onscreen Forms and printed Reports will need to be
recreated (and many features will not be available).
