adding a signature to email

Using outlook express, i should be able to add a signature to my email by going to
1. tool
2. option
3. mail format
i canot get to mail format tub in any way
Can anybody help me with that?

No, It's Tools....Options...Signatures.

Tools...Options...Mail Format is for Outlook, not OE.
