A client has 2 new people on her calendar. She can access the calendars but
wants them in her shortcut pane. She doesn't have them in her folders.
Normally i would just drag them into the shortcuts from the folders but how
do i do it if they aren't in her folder list?

Thanks

Chris

What do you mean by "2 new people on her calendar"?

Sorry - i should have phrased it better

2 people whose calendars she has access to but not in her shortcut and now
she will be using them constantly she needs them in the shortcut pane. She
has access, but they aren't in the folder list and i'm not sure how to do it

She can use the Open a Shared Calendar link in the Calendar navigation pane.

Opening the calendar should automatically add it to Calendar navigation pane's list of other user's calendars. If she wants a shortcut in the Shortcuts pane, she'll need to add the mailbox to her Exchange account so that it's visible in the folder list.
