Adding a registry key with information?

[LWG]

I would like to update the registry on clients in an OU. The key is already
in the registry under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CURRENTCONTROLSET/TCPIP/PARAMETERS

What I want to do is add a value onto that key. Can this be done with a GPO
if so , can someone show me where or point me to a good tutorial...
