Adding a person to my computer and internet access

I added someone to my computer on their own account. They can access the
internet but it doesnt show the whole page just bits and pieces of it. How do
i fix that?

What is the operating system ? Internet browser - name , version ? User
account type ? Security softwares installed ? More information - how exactly
it shows only pieces of the page ???
 
I have windows XP and IE 7 and PC-cillin. it shows a fragmented page, doesnt
show all of it. Like if i have a web page that needs a user name and a
password it just shows the user name box and not the password box
