adding a new color label to the label list for Microsoft Outlook 2

I want to be able to add new lables to the list of exisiting ones. I have
already editted the existing ones, and have about four more lable types that
I would like to add. Can this be done?

No, but OUtlook 2007 will give you up to 25 different colors for such labels.
