Adding a favorites list to a new computer

I have two computers that I use regularly and would like to be able to have
all my favorites available from either. How can I take the favorites list
from one computer and add it to the list of favorites on the other one?

File - export/import - favorites

Open IE
Go to File - export/import - favorites
select export
it will save your favorites usually to
C:\Documents and Settings\XXXX\My Documents\bookmark.htm
or you could select a USB
import the favorites by selecting USB on the import step on second computer
