Adding a contact from a received email.

Hi All.

I am using outlook 2002 SP2.

When I receive an email and want to add the sender to my
contact list I follow this procedure as detailed in the
Outlook help file.
Right click on the email in the 'from' field then click
on 'add sender to contacts' in the drop down shortcut
menu.
However this option to 'add sender to contacts' is not
present!
Anyone got any ideas about this because without this
feature it is pretty worthless to me.
