Our network uses Outlook attaching to an NT 4.0 domain
and Exchange 5.5. Each user has their own account but we
also have an account for a generic user to maintain
customer communications.

I'd like to have a few users be able to "toggle" back and
forth from their personal account and the generic
account. But when I attempt to add the second email
account Outlook (Tools>Email accounts...>Add email
account>Microsoft Exchange Server>) I'm given the
following error:

"Outlook can support only one Exchange server account at
a time and you already have one setup"

Is it possible to setup a second email account without
having to logout and into a second domain account?

tks,
steve

Don't know if that's what you're looking for, but you can
go to Tools, services, Exchange Server properties,
advanced. You can then open additionnal mailboxes.

Use a separate profile. Your user will have to shut down Outlook and reopen
it using the second generic profile.
