Can you help me add this 4 links and reflect the total in
another sheet.

When i add this 4 links i get a "#value!" result.

=AFH!F6+AFR!F6+HAK!F6+AKC!F6

Anyone have an idea?

Should work unless some of the data is not really numeric. Perhaps you have a
number formatted as text.

Select F6 and format to General then copy an empty cell and Paste
Special>Add>OK>Esc.

You will have to do this for F6 on each sheet.

Gord,

Thank you! I thought there was a mistake somewhere in the
formula. This kind of problem have been hunting me
eversince, you see whenever i type a numeric data, a small
green spot will appear on the side of this cell with a
punctuation on a box, saying that the "number in this cell
is formatted as text or preceded by an apostrophe", that's
why i have to press the box and click ignore error from
time to time, what a waste of time.

What is the best way to start my work without confronting
this kind of problem?

Just make sure the cells are formatted to General before you start entering
the numbers.

To format all cells hit CRTL + A to select all then
Format>Cells>Number>General.

If you are importing or copying the data and pasting it can be more difficult
because the data may be text to start with and you will have to deal with it
"after the fact" in most cases.
