We're using OUtlook 2003 (XP version), but I'm experiencing the same
thing on Outlook 2002. I would like to add 2 fields both of the
numerical type, and add them to the standard "task request" form in
Outlook.
I managed to add the fields to the list view in Outlook, but when I
open the form in design view (by choosing Tools/Forms/Design Forms...),
all of the tools, including Field Chooser are greyed out, and I can't
seem to be able to add or modify this form at all. I am, however able
to make changes to any of the tabs beneath it (such as P.2, P.3, P.4,
etc.).
Can anyone help ? Do I need another application ? Please email as well
as post, since I don't get on here as much as I'd like.
