AddFromOutlook Command

I am using the Contact Template for Access 2007 and want to transfer all my
outlook contacts into it. When I click on the Add to Outlook Command the
outlook search box pops up but for some reasons its not showing all my
contacts. It is only showing a some of them and doubling some of them.

How do I fix it to include all my contacts and not just some of them???

Input Email address in each of your outlook contacts. Then they'll show up.
If you don't have one for your contacts, just write sth. there, like
"(e-mail address removed)".
