Addadd a PC to a W2K Domain

Hi

Hopefully you can help I have been trying to figure this
out for a while.

What security rights are required to add a PC to a W2K
domain?

As I dont want to make the Admin users members of the
Domain Admins I just the minumum security to add a PC to
the Domain.

Any ideas folks???????
