Add workstation to domain -- Limit of 10

Is there a way to workaround the limit of allowing only
to 10 workstation to the domain per user account? i.e.
want to allow user account to add more than 10
workstations to domain?

Quota atribute is described here:

Alice,

In most secure environments this attribute value is changed to either 1 or
to 0. You do not want just anyone to be able to add a computer account
object to the domain!
