Add subscribe button

Hello to all,

i want to add a sibscribe button on my webpage.

Could someone tell me an easy way to add such a button?

A button is worthless unless it sends a form with some data in it
Create a form for them to enter their information using one of the FP form templates

PS
Al subscription services should also have an Opt Out or Unsubscribe
