You can use http://www.outlooksmileybar.com/ to add smileys to your e-mails within outlook. No spyware, no adware.
I recommend this tool.

I am using Outlook 2007 - in my previous virsion I used smiley faces and my
signature from smileycentral.net. How can I use them in Outlook 2007.
Outlook 2007 does not allow animations in email since they are a =security
