Add shared calendar link to Outlook Bar...

Is it possible to add a shared calendar to the users
outlook bar. While some users learn quickly, many do not.
I need to create a shortcut link to a shared calendar for
the secratary so he/she can access the boss's calendar
without asking me yet again how to "Open other users
folder".

They'll need to add the mailbox to the Exchange Service as a secondary
mailbox.
