Hello,

I would like to access from PC 1 to another PC (PC 2) over LAN temporary. PC
2 is not in the domain.

PC 1 has the following IP configuration:
IP 10.0.0.61
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 10.0.0.254

PC 2 has the following IP configuration:
IP 192.168.1.1
Subnet 255.255.255.0

How can I access to form PC1 to PC 2? Is there a way via ADD ROUTE?

I am not a network administrator. So it would be fine if you could explain
me what I have to do?

Thank you!

Markus

Both PC are in the same LAN.

If PC 2 gets an IP via DHCP it works. But because of a software soution I
cannot change the IP adress of PC 2.

How did you come to get two machines on a LAN in different IP subnets?

Machines on a LAN segment can only communicate with each other if they are
in the same IP subnet (unless there is a router to route between the
subnets). Can you change the IP address of PC1 ? You could give PC1 an IP in
the same IP subnet as PC2 (eg 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0) .
