Add/Remove shows only Icons

I thought maybe because I have set up the program with a virgin version of 2000
and then added all users plus personal details via Acornis Explore that the
registry was without the necessary information.

However a new program was installed and that also has only got the icon to show
for its existence. How come, PLEASE

I meant that there was no info at all except the icons on the
add/remove programs in setup. There is some Microsoft infor on the
trouble but I decided as I could not find the item in the registry
that I should be better off with a clean install. Nearly finished now.
