Add\remove programs

Somehow some of my programs, I have are not listed there. How do I go about
uninstalling some software? I contacted Dell, and what they told me was kind
of difficult to follow.

You didn't mention which programs you want to remove.

If the program isn't listed, try instead opening Windows Explorer to the
program folder. From there, look for the uninstall file, usually something
like unwise.exe. You might also find that sometimes a program will place
this file in the C:\Windows folder, so it may take a bit of searching.
