Can anyone out there tell me how to permanently delete
something called CommonName(0.58mb) from a computer? I
have tried with no success. Please advise.

Tuffy,have you tried start-search-all files-type in

common name--find the one with the right size .58mb
click--deleate--if it works then empty the recycle bin it
should be gone.It may be Spyware,if it is you can
download a free spyware eliminator for free at
www.ad-aware.com run it,it will give you the option to
deleate it.good luck.
