Add./Remove Programs Question

Is there is way to remove programs listed (non-windowsXP programs such as
spyblaster etc) in the Add/Remove Icon that have previously been deleted
from my PC and cannot be removed the normal way?

One thing you could try is re-installing the app and then
removing it in the proper manner through Add/Remove programs.

Have you tried using Add/Remove Programs? For some of these, you'll be
informed the uninstall cannot be done but will also receive an offer to
remove the program's name from the Add/Remove list.

If confident editing the registry, the add/remove list is in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
Delete only keys for programs that are no longer installed. (May want to
export those keys for backup purposes before deleting them.)
