I am using Windows 2000 Professional. when I try to
open 'Add/Remove Programs' from the 'Control Panel', I
am shown the following error message (title of the error
message is shown as Add/Remove Programs):

An unexpected error occured.

Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment
res://sp3res.dll/default.hta
Line: 84

I have recently installed Service Pack 4. Does anyone else
have the same problem or better still a resolution.

George,
I had the same problem, then I ran a new McAfee virus
update and then found that the blaster.exe was again on my
PC. After I deleted this and rebooted, the problem is
gone. I had almost exactly the same problem. I did not
see a solution from the newsgroup yet.

Blaster fix is available on Microsoft.com as well.
