add remove programs - control panel

When going to Add Remove Programs, there is a black space between the programs.

What is the fix? tia
 
Do you have AutoCad installed? If that's the case, see this thread for a
solution.

don't have AutoCad installed;

the only negative icon references that I have is

batchrun.exe,-0

found the culprit
since I cannot see which application it is, I used ccleaner and uninstall the
application
and the black space is gone
