Add/Remove problem

Hello,

I 'removed' a piece of spyware screen saver tonight, but the program
still shows in the Add/Remove list. Is there a way to remove it from
the list?

You may have an application that reinstalled it. Most of the time spyware gets installed onto your computer "piggy-backed" on some other program you installed. Turn off ALL apps. Make sure absolutely nothing is running and unistall it again. Then go right back in to see if its still on the list. If it's gone, reboot and check again. If it's back you need to figure out what app contains that spyware and uninstall that too.

Thanks for the reply. I figured it out be deleting its entry via the
registry.

with astounding gall? just trying to help. it's hard to reply to someone not knowing what their level of computer knowledge is. i try to keep it simple until i get an idea about how knowledgeable the person that asked the question is.
