Add/Remove has hundreds of blank lines! help!

How can I get rid of the 100s of blank lines in
the "Add/Remove Programs"? IT is really annoying and I
have to scroll down through all these blank lines to find
a program. Something is really screwed up with XP.
 
Didnt work...this was an autocad VBS scripting file. I
think there is an error on that web site.
Thanks anyway!
