Help!

I want to install some hardware, but when i click
on 'add/remove hardware' it says i am installing
something, and only 1 can be installed @ a time, and im
not installing anything! can i stop this thing
installing, whatever it is?

yeah, i want to install something, but it says i am
currentely installing something. but im not
