Add / Remove Button will not appear

I have Windows XP on my computer. Recently, I removed several programs by
using the Add/Remove programs feature in control Panel. They were all
removed sucessfully. Shortly after I had to restore my computer to an
earlier date. when I did, I found that the "Change or Remove" button will
not appear anymore. Even if my account is in Administrator rights already.
What am I oing to do? Pls help me, need your inputs.

And also, I've noticed that some of the unnecessary files are displayed in
the Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs.

I want to paste some attachments to clearly understand the problem but I
can't. Anyway, if you know something or if you have idea on the problem
above, pls post your reply. Thanks
