I am a realtor and I am trying to add a link for my MLS that will update my
website. I have used Inline frame to do so but is there another way that
will not give me an expired page when someone hits the back button on the
site? Anyone familiar wiht Realtor websites?

I believe this can be done on a .php, .asp, or .aspx page.
It's similar to showing an RSS feed on a web page.
contact me directly if you want some help implementing (no charge of course)
it since there's some sensitive data I'll need from you.
I'll post a general conclusion here so it'll help others trying to do the
same thing.

Have you seen ContentSeed (www.contentseed.com)?

This is an unfortunate necessity due to high volumes of spam sent to email
addresses in public newsgroups.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Chris,

Thanks for the help! I didn't see a general conclusion but that is ok I
would be very appreciative for any help you can give me. As you can see I am
new at frontpage and the feed for my MLS is not very quick to load.

Here is my website address and the Inline frame I am using:
