Add or Remove Programs

I need help! I recently had a very neat and trim peer-to-
peer network setup. I had just gotten a new computer and
moved my not-so-very-old one into my assistant's office
(prior to the network installation). I am not sure, but
I believe that the installer must have taken it upon
himself to remove the "Add or Remove Programs" function
from the "old" computer's control panel. It is gone and I
cannot figure out how to get it back. Does anyone have
any ideas? [A step-by-step recipe works best for me. I
know just enough to be truly scary when I am messing with
a computer.]

Diana, go to C:\Windows\System32\Appwiz rt click on file and choose
Send to Desktop as Shortcut.

Thanks Rich. I tried your suggestion but when I double-
click on the shortcut, or right-click and tell it to open
in control panel, I get no response beyond a flicker of
the shortcut. Is there another component that it needs
to run? Everything else on the control panel seems to
work fine.
