Buddy

I have a problem with my add-ons. I can enable and
disable all of them except 3. One of these 3 is Adobe
PDF reader, which I need to view PDF files while browsing
the internet. On this add-on and the other two, enabling
and disabling is grayed out and said it can only be
changed by the administrator. However, I am the sole
user of my computer, and therefore there is only one
account on it, which is the administrator account. If
someone could help me out, that would be great. Thank
you!

I tried checking the Group Policy settings, but
everything was already set to "Not Configured". I still
can't enable my PDF reader.

Buddy,

Open Registry Editor and export both these locations to a REG file
(right-click and choose Export)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\EXT
-and-
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\EXT

Post the REG export here.
