Add new table record

I have a table called tblCustomer, what command/VBA I can use to add a blank
record ?
I would like to trigger this when I press a button on a form so that I can
fill in the fields on the form and then save this new record.

Use a parameter in your OpenForm statement to open the form for new data
entry:

DoCmd.OpenForm "FormName", , , , acFormAdd
