Hell

We are going to change our DNS server. And we like to change to the new IP adress on our other servers DNS.
But we dont like to do it manually. We have 300 NT serrvers. (NT4, Windows 2000 and 2003)

Does anyone know a script to manually add or change to the new IP adress.

What IPs? The DNS server's IPs, clients, all? If you are changing DNS
server IP and you use DHCP, this will be easy. Just change in the scope(s)
and have clients reboot or do ipconfig /renew (after rebooting DNS servers
to force them to update into DNS their new IP - not required, you could also
do net stop netlogin, net start netlogin or dcdiag /fix, etc. If you don't
use DHCP, then their is scripts to update at each client you could be in
login script or run around. How many clients and are they statically
configured?
