In Outlook 2002, all of a sudden, when I am trying to add a Contact, I get
an error message saying that there is something wrong with my .PST file,
that I should close all programs that use mail, that I should do an Inbox
Repair. So I have closed everything and ran scanpst.exe from RUN a couple
of times. It keeps saying that there is nothing wrong with my .PST files,
but I still can't add new Contacts. I did a Detect And Repair from the HELP
menu. No joy. And of course, I rebooted numerous times
Everything else in Outlook seems to be working just fine, including making
changes to already existing Contacts. Does anyone have any ideas about how
to fix this problem?
Thanks.
